Computer Corner, Inc. has been named the sole reseller agent for Howard Technology in the Southern United States for their government contracts that include the Western States Contract Alliance (WSCA) as well as MiCTA and TIPS/TAPS Contracts.
These contracts provide purchasing cooperatives for government entities, in multiple states, to increase their buying power in acquiring products and services; lowering administrative procurement costs; and improving overall business.

Computer Corner, Inc. has been chosen by the State of New Mexico to provide state agencies, municipalities, counties and education institutions with HP Desktops, Laptops, Servers and Tablet PC's under new SPD #80-000-00-00074.
Computer Corner replaces a former supplier based in Texas, who went into bankruptcy proceedings in March of 2008. Computer Corner offers the same products, with pricing that is equal to or better than what was being provided under the previous SaveSmart contract with the former supplier.
This new contract augments existing contracts held between Computer Corner and the State of New Mexico which include HP Printers, Supplies and Services, Samsung Monitors, HP iPaqs and Palm's, as well as Technical Services (Break-Fix, Network, Installation and Maintenance), and training.

Computer Corner Computer Recycling Days for Recycling Computer Equipment

Computer Corner, Inc. announces new program to recycle computer equipment.
Computer Corner has partnered with Computer Reruns a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and Natural Evolution in a non-fee based recycling program. Usable equipment is repaired and/or upgraded and recycled into other non-profit organizations within the local community. Non-usage equipment is destroyed using environmentally safe procedures.
Computer Recycle Day, named by Computer Corner President in 1997 during the first annual recycle day held by the company, is now more than an annual event. With the changes in technology and increased need for recycling, Computer Recycle Day is now held monthly, on the first Saturday of each month, at the Computer Corner store at 4410 Menaul NE.
